Luggage Policy
Allowances, excess charges and items that may not be carried.

1. Included allowance
Every fare-paying passenger may carry 20kg in the hold and one piece of hand luggage up to 5kg.
2. Excess luggage
Weight above the free allowance is charged at ₦500 per kilogram, payable at the terminal. Adding extra luggage at checkout is cheaper than paying at the weighing point.
The maximum any single passenger may carry is 50kg. Larger consignments should be sent through Ogata Logistics.
3. Prohibited items
The following may not be carried in the hold or in the cabin:
- Cash, jewellery and negotiable instruments
- Firearms, ammunition and offensive weapons
- Flammable, corrosive or explosive materials
- Live animals, except registered assistance animals
- Perishable goods without prior arrangement
- Any item prohibited by Nigerian law
4. Liability for luggage
Hold luggage is tagged at check-in and must be claimed with the matching tag. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the item. Do not place valuables, medication or documents in the hold.
