The more you travel, the more you get back
No points to count and no tiers to decode. Complete trips with Ogata Mobility and rewards unlock on their own, real discounts off your next fare, and branded travel gifts you actually want to use.
How it works
Three steps, no small print
- 01
Book with your account
Sign in when you book so the trip is credited to you. Booking as a guest does not count.
- 02
Complete the journey
Once your travel date passes, the trip counts. Your progress bar updates the same day.
- 03
Claim your reward
Hit a milestone and the reward lands in your account with a code ready to use.
The rewards
Every milestone, and what it gets you
Rewards stack as you travel, earning one does not reset your progress towards the next.

Questions about rewards
How do I join Ogata Rewards?
Create a free account and book with it. Every completed trip on that account counts towards your next milestone automatically. There is nothing to sign up for and no card to carry.
What counts as a completed trip?
Any confirmed booking you have actually travelled on. A booking counts once its travel date has passed. Cancelled and refunded bookings do not count.
Does a booking for several passengers count as several trips?
A booking counts as one trip towards your milestones, however many seats it holds. ASSUMPTION FOR BUSINESS CONFIRMATION, counting per seat instead is a one-line change if you prefer to reward group bookings more heavily.
How do I use a reward?
Each reward comes with a code beginning OGR-. Enter it in the promo field at checkout and the discount applies immediately. One reward may be used per booking.
How do I get the gift items?
Gifts unlock when you use the reward that carries them. Collect at any terminal desk with your reward code, or ask the crew at boarding, the reward card in your account tells you which applies.
Do rewards expire?
Yes, each reward is valid for between 90 and 365 days from the day you earn it. The expiry date is shown on every reward card.
