Last updated 2 October 2026 · Ogata Mobility Services Ltd
1. Your contract with us
When you complete a booking you enter into a contract of carriage with Ogata Mobility Services Ltd. These terms, together with our refund and luggage policies, form that contract.
2. Tickets and identification
Tickets are issued to a named passenger and are not transferable except through the passenger-name change process in Manage Booking.
Every passenger must present a valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the ticket. We may refuse boarding where identification cannot be produced.
3. Boarding and departure
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure. Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure and unclaimed seats may be released.
Published departure times are our commitment, but journeys are subject to traffic, weather, road conditions and security directives outside our control.
4. Fares and charges
Fares are quoted per passenger and are fixed: the price shown for a seat is the price you pay. Ogata charges no booking fee, no seat supplement and no peak-day surcharge.
Children under 12 travel at 0% off the adult fare and occupy their own seat. Passengers aged 60 and above travel at 0% off.
5. Conduct on board
We may refuse carriage or remove a passenger who:
- is intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances
- behaves abusively towards staff or other passengers
- carries prohibited items
- refuses to comply with safety instructions from the crew
6. Liability
We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent required by Nigerian law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed onward connections.
Liability for checked luggage is limited to the declared value, or the statutory minimum where no value is declared.
7. Governing law
This contract is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction.
